We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. If you're not satisfied with LockIn Pro, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll process a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@imsolockedin.com with your account email and reason for refund.
  2. We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days.
  3. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, refunds are not available. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and continue to use Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

Renewals

The 7-day refund guarantee applies only to initial purchases, not to subscription renewals. If you do not wish to be charged again, cancel before your renewal date.
